| Pia Oderud - From Performance Management to Performance Development The workshop will be centered around experiences from going from Performance Management to Performance Development at Swedbank - how to cope with driving performance and engagement and at the same time evaluate employees for compensation and promotion. The workshop will be presented by Pia Oderud who is the Head of Human Resources in Baltic Banking, Swedbank. Pia has been working in Swedbank since 1982. At the beginning her main focus has been International banking and Payments, also projects in Risks area. For couple years Pia was a part of Swedbank Group HR responsible for designing, aligning and implementing one PD-process in whole Swedbank. She has long and strong experience of competence development and cross-border HR processes. Pia has a degree in international Economics from Linköping University in Sweden and has also studied Behavioural Science at Stockholm University.
